2. Products covered
This contract covers the products in your order, whose essential characteristics are set out below and on the shop page.

Prices shown on the site are sale prices and include all taxes. Advertised prices and promotions apply until they are updated. You can order at most 10 units of a single product.
3. Payment
Payment is taken online by credit or debit card at the moment you place the order. The payment infrastructure is provided by PayTR Ödeme ve Elektronik Para Hizmetleri A.Ş., a licensed Turkish payment institution. Card details go directly to the payment institution’s system; the Seller does not see, process or store card data.
No contract is formed until payment is approved. If your bank offers instalments, the options — and any instalment surcharge — are shown on the payment screen.
4. Delivery
Shipping is 89,00 ₺. Orders of 1.000,00 ₺ and above ship free. Orders are handed to the carrier within 2 business days. We ship with Aras.
Delivery is made to the address given in the order. The statutory maximum delivery period is 30 days; if we fail to deliver within it, you may terminate the contract and claim a full refund. See Delivery & Shipping.
We ship within Türkiye only.
5. Right of withdrawal
You may withdraw from the contract within 14 (fourteen) days of receiving the product, without giving any reason and without paying any penalty. It is enough to send notice within that period to [email protected]; no special form is required.
Within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice we refund the price of the product and the delivery costs, using the same payment method you used. How quickly the amount appears in your account after we instruct the bank depends on the bank.
You must return the product to the return address with its invoice, box and any accessories. Opening the packaging does not cancel your right of withdrawal; however, you may be liable for any loss in value if the product has been used beyond what is necessary to establish its nature and function.
Return shipping is at the Seller’s expense: if you send it with the contracted carrier and the return code given on the Cancellation & Returns page, you pay nothing. We cannot reimburse shipping for returns sent by another carrier.
6. Where the right of withdrawal does not apply
Under Article 15 of the Turkish Distance Contracts Regulation, the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to the consumer’s personal specification, to goods that cannot be returned for reasons of health and hygiene once unsealed, or to services performed instantly in electronic form. None of the products in our shop fall within these exceptions; all of them carry the right of withdrawal.
7. Defective goods and warranty
If the product delivered is defective — broken, incomplete or different from how it was described — you may exercise the remedies granted by Turkish consumer law: free repair, replacement with a non-defective equivalent, a price reduction, or termination of the contract. In that case shipping is at the Seller’s expense and you do not have to wait for the withdrawal period.
8. Complaints and dispute resolution
Send any request or complaint to [email protected] first; we usually reply within one business day.
In the event of a dispute you may apply to the Consumer Arbitration Committee or the Consumer Court in the district where you bought the product or where you live, within the monetary thresholds published each year by the Turkish Ministry of Trade.
9. Personal data
