Before you order

What does shipping cost and when does it arrive?

Shipping is 89,00 ₺. Orders of 1.000,00 ₺ and above ship free. Orders are handed to the carrier within 2 business days. We ship with Aras. The full details are on the Delivery & Shipping page.

Do you ship outside Türkiye?

Not yet. We currently ship within Türkiye only. The app itself is in four languages and works anywhere; the restriction only applies to shipping physical goods.

Can I return it if I change my mind?

Yes. You have 14 days from delivery to withdraw without giving any reason. Conditions and the return address are on the Cancellation & Returns page.

Will the remote work with my phone?

The remote pairs as a Bluetooth keyboard, so it works on iOS and Android without any extra app. The “learn key” step in Scoreboard picks up whichever key your remote sends, so pairing is a one-time thing. For anything else, see Support.

Will I get an invoice?

Yes — every order is invoiced and the invoice is e-mailed to you. If you need a company invoice, fill in the company name, tax office and tax number fields at checkout.

Is payment secure?

Your card details never reach us. Payment runs on the infrastructure of PayTR, a licensed Turkish payment institution; card data goes straight to their system and is never stored on our server. What we do store is set out in the Privacy Policy.
